Hi there!
My name is Nicole Schell and I am so thrilled to be joining such a dynamic team here at B&B. I am an Oxford County native having been proudly raised in Embro and making the move to Woodstock during my highschool years; I am lucky enough to also have my large extended family in the area.
While my plan was originally to pursue Teacher’s College after earning my Honours Bachelor of Arts degree at McMaster University, I instead found myself embarking on an entrepreneurial endeavour as I sought a creative outlet after moving home. I began a small company called Colie Cakes in 2009 and was lucky enough to contribute to some of the happiest moments in so many of my clients lives for almost a decade as I baked for their weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and everything in between. Following a short stint living in New York City, I knew I was ready to return home and begin to plant my own roots. My husband Dave and I purchased our home in 2016 and now have two little boys, Henry and Archie. We can’t wait to watch them grow up in this community we both love so much.
My passion for real estate has been a lifelong one that has only continued to grow. My Mom recounts how I actually used to beg her to take me through open houses and go on drives past my favourite homes as a child. Throughout my extensive career in customer service I have realized that getting to know people’s stories and helping them to realize their goals is a gift, and one that I do not take lightly. This community is my home, and I would love nothing more than to help you find yours within it.
